Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the Human Services, Healthcare, and Higher Education Industries with proven cultural competence to collaborate effectively with individuals, and couples from all academic, developmental, socioeconomic, racial, ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
Melissa completed her International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Life Coach certification training from The Certified Life Coach Institute, earned her Master of Education degree in Teaching and Learning specializing in Student Services from Liberty University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens University of Charlotte with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Service Studies.
